Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond or cashew milk homemade if you can muster!
  • 2 cups Frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 lb Frozen organic spinach
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 4 tbsp PB2 powder unsweetened
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender cannister in the order listed.
    2 cups Almond or cashew milk, 2 cups Frozen organic blueberries, 1 lb Frozen organic spinach, 2 tbsp Flaxseed meal, 3 tbsp Cacao nibs, 4 tbsp PB2 powder, 1 Banana
  • Select the smoothie option on your blender. If your blender does not have a smoothie option, pulse the blender until most ingredients have been incorporated.
  • Blend for 2 minutes until creamy. Enjoy but use a BIG straw! This is a thick, creamy smoothie with crunchy chocolate "chips"!

Notes

If you are only making a smoothie for one, simply halve the ingredients!
This smoothie is best when you drink it right away.  I don't like it leftover, but that's me.
