Cooking Classes – Eating to Live

Healthy, whole-food, mostly veggies, most of time. This class is more of a series of classes and content will change from month-to-month. From making your own sauces, dressings, plant based milks, gluten free foods TO how to shop for the right things, you will learn how to go about your daily existence, nourishing your body – eating to live. I love salad too but you have to expand your horizons if you want to be able to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

A day in the life of eating to live

Food Lab Topics:

  • Smoothies
  • Basic dressings – from scratch!
  • Never ending veggie bowls with peanut sauce
  • Plant-based comfort food dinner – best grillable bean burger ever!

Cost: $70 per person

We’ll make a few staple variations of smoothies, dressings, veggie-centered lunches, and a plant-centered dinner.

You’ll take home the recipes and enough food for a meal or two!

  • NOTE: We can work with food allergies and tweak the menu if needed!

No two food days should be identical. Diversity of foods is what contributes to gut health and keeps you looking forward to food that feeds your body as well as your soul.

When we start a lifestyle change journey, we don’t always have the support and cooperation of family, friends, kids SO this class will help you learn how to create basic staples that you can add foods that will satisfy those “others” in your world.
