Lumpia is the delicious Filipino version of a spring roll. Learn how to make the filling, roll the lumpia, cook, and serve. Lumpia can be deep fried or baked (so you can eat more with less guilt)!
Menu
- Lumpia – ground beef and veggies rolled in a delicate wrapper
- Adobo – a staple in my mom’s kitchen. Made with pork or chicken, it is served atop hot, steamed rice. If you don’t know how to make perfect white rice, you’ll learn that too!
- Pancit – tiny rice noodles, pork, chicken, or shrimp, and veggies. This is an easy dish that I promise you, you won’t be able to resist.
Cost: $70 per person
Each student will roll as many lumpia as they can to take home!
- NOTE: We can work with food allergies and tweak the menu if needed!
