A hands-on farm to table experience! Spend the evening preparing a lovely, delicious meal – delicate green salad, beef tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce, lacinato kale with warmed balsamic reduction, hasselback potato gratin, and lemon cream pavlova with fresh berries. Set in the beautiful greenhouse at Farming 4 Hunger, you’ll harvest elements from the farm. Then, you’ll be led through the preparation of this sumptuous meal. After feasting on the fruits of your labor, you’ll leave with recipes and the ability to execute this amazing meal with confidence!
